‘FAN PERFORMS “SOLSTICE” IN HONOUR OF INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY’

Amelia Chain’s ‘Solstice’ was performed in honour of International Women’s Day, by Swedish fan, Ebba Nyrén. Amelia Chain had been contacted by Ebba’s teacher, when Ebba had discovered “Solstice” when she had been listening to Spotify one day and asked if the “Solstice” sheet music was available to be able to learn it. A copy was printed for her and sent to her teacher and we thought that was that. A month later, an email was received to let Amelia Chain know that Ebba had been practicing the piece and wanted to perform “Solstice” in aid of International Women’s Day, needless to say, Amelia Chain was honoured, humbled and delighted of the prospect.
